Shipping policy

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is our top priority here. Our current turnaround time is 7-14 days business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround time accounts for production time. Production time does not include shipping time. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier.

Once the product has been dropped off with the shipping carrier the item is out of our hands. Please contact your local post office about missing packages. 

For packages that arrived damaged please contact us within three business days at gkscraftworx@gmail.com and we will do our best to come up with an appropriate solution.
